Unique accommodation with meeting and sauna facilities in the middle of Kokkola’s historic old town.

At your disposal, you have a private 285 m2 space with its own ballroom, sauna and two bathrooms, six rooms for overnight stays, a kitchen, and a private entrance. The hall has a smart TV with computer connection and Wi-Fi for meetings. You can also order food from breakfast to banquets and sauna menus for your stay. Accommodation is available for up to 18 people.

Elba’s Pearl is a comfortable meeting and sauna building, with a beautiful sea view for about 20 people. There is a direct access to the beach, you may enjoy a nice swim in the sea.

Have a perfect meeting day or sauna evening, and enjoy of tasty food, made in Elba’s kitchen.

Take a small break and enjoy the surrounding nature. There are nature path of which you can explore by yourself or reserve guided activities from us.

The most famous landmark in Elba is the old pier sauna. This wood heated sauna is in use during summer season. This unique sauna experience is often booked together with Old Villa, which is a popular venue for parties. It fits about 6-10 people in the sauna.

Amor offers visitors authentic experiences and natures peace and beauty. You can spot the swans dancing on the sea or the majestic Sea Eagle soaring over the waves, and who knows, you might get lucky and catch a glimpse of the deer that live in the surrounding forests. Ambient and homely setting and a stunning view of the sea beckon you to relax, enjoy and experience something new.

Meeting room Torni (“Tower”)

The meeting room of the former pilot station is ideal for conference use. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 conference guests. The price is 148 €/ day (from 15:00 until noon the next day). VAT  25,5 % is included in the price. Torni offers stunning views around the island.

Catering is available by order. Downstairs, you will find toilet facilities and a sauna. Alternatively, you can book a private sauna session after the meeting in a wood-heated seaside sauna at the harbour near the café for an additional fee.

Meeting room Pilot

In the homely Pilot, you can organise both parties and meetings for up to 20 people. There is also a sauna available. Pilot reservations include accommodation in double rooms. Ask for a quote.

M/S Jenny operates between the island and mainland according to the schedule. Charter cruises are also available.

Successful business events, as well as negotiations and sauna evenings, can be organised in the magnificent Laituri and Majakka cabinets on the hotel’s fourth floor. In addition, there is a sympathetic Miilu sauna cabinet for smaller events.

The Sauna from Finland network has awarded the hotel with an Authentic Finnish Sauna Experience certificate, as proof that the saunas take into account all the core values of the Finnish sauna, such as cleanliness and relaxation.

Mustakari’s sauna is located in the best spot in town. Enjoy the heat and admire the sunset surrounded by a magnificent maritime landscape. Our sauna has the best views in Kokkola!

Hotel Seurahuone offers party and meeting venues for a variety of occasions. The refurbished Donner is a rental venue for up to 50 people where you can bring your own drinks and catering. Choose between fantastic party lighting or conference lighting.

The meeting rooms Kallio (max. 12 people) and Rautavaara (max. 60 people) and sauna cabinet (max. 20 people) are located on the third floor of the hotel.

Wellamo – lounge  / private sauna

A spacious sauna lounge with a fireplace for meetings and birthdays, as well as evening parties.

The space can accommodate a maximum of 25 people.

Equipment: fireplace, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle, food and coffee set and dishwasher, as well as a video projector and screen.

Neptunus – meeting room

A cosy meeting room with modern conference technology.

Neptunus is connected to the winter swimming facilities for men and women.

The space can accommodate 23 people.

Equipment: fireplace, kitchenette, video projector, screen and television.

Smoke sauna

Experience the authentic Finnish atmosphere and relaxation in the smoke sauna.

The space has washing and changing rooms as well as toilets.

Max. 14 people

Port Tower is located in the close vicinity of the Kokkola Industrial Park and the Port of Kokkola. Visit Center, high-quality representation premises are located on the eighth floor of Port Tower. It offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Industrial Park. In Visit Center, important business meetings and training events can be organized as well as corporate and association’s evenings such as Christmas parties. The facilities are also ideal for presentations of various products and services or studios for virtual events. Visit Center consists of a large meeting space for 14 people, a so-called lounge area for 8 people, and a sauna area. The maximum number of people in the Visit Center is 30.

Technology and equipment: flip chart, 75” screen, Barco-wireless presentation system, camera, open WIFI network, towels, hair dryer.

Tasty conference and sauna meals are easily arranged at Port Tower’s restaurant, Tower Bistro, where it is also possible to book a table for e.g. business lunches. Food can be enjoyed in the restaurant downstairs or it can be ordered to Visit Center. The restaurant has a permit to sell alcoholic beverages.

A party and conference room six kilometres from the city centre, located in the peaceful countryside on a small reindeer and goat farm.

The venue can accommodate up to 60 people, but it is also ideal for smaller groups. In the summer, the venue can be expanded to accommodate 90 people. In the hall, there is a video projector and screen as well as a sound system and Wi-Fi connection.

Ask also about renting the 18th-century barn as a meeting space for about 10 people. The barn can be heated for winter use. There is also a traditional wood-heated sauna in the barn for four people with no running water.

Jukkolanmäki’s sauna in Kokkola offers gentle baths and plenty of terrace space for cooling off! The dark and atmospheric sauna can accommodate about 10 people at a time. Next to it is a cooling room, dressing room and toilet, as well as a spacious terrace. The sauna can be rented either in conjunction with renting the Rinne-Jukkola house or separately.  The sauna in has an electric sauna stove that heats efficiently. There is a six-person hot tub on the terrace, which we rent already heated in connection with the sauna. There is also a sauna in Rinne-Jukkola house.

Olotila – A Cozy and Versatile Event Space

Olotila is located in Kälviä and is connected to Erican Eläimet ja Elämykset care farm.

Our inviting event space, Olotila, is perfect for gatherings of 20–25 people. Whether you’re planning a meeting, a celebration, or a relaxed evening with friends, Olotila offers a warm and comfortable environment. You can also conveniently add the sauna and hot tub to complete your experience.

Olotila is approximately 54 m², featuring a bright living room–kitchen area, a WC/shower room, and a lovely terrace. Completed in 2023, the building sits in a sheltered location close to the animals, offering both privacy and a charming rural atmosphere.
