    On the shores of Lake Luoto, just off the 7 Bridges Archipelago Road, lies the village shop Strandis. It’s known for excellent food, friendly service and the unique seaside location. Strandis is not just a village shop, but also includes a restaurant, fish smokery, camp site, holiday cabins and sauna services. In the summer you can cruise the lake on sauna boat M/S Gloskär. In the winter we offer winter sauna and ice swimming every day.

    Kalajoki is calling to you from just an hour’s driving distance north from Kokkola via Main Road 8! A modern centre for tourism open through the year has formed around the famous Hiekkasärkät (Sand dunes) holiday and recreational area.
